Paleo Week 2: Results

I finished week 2 of paleo, and I'm pretty happy with the results. 

Pre-Paleo Measurements:

Weight:164 lbs.
Waist: 31 & 1/2"
Hips: 44"
Thighs: 26 & 1/2"
Arms: 12"

Paleo Week 2 Results:

Weight: 160 lbs.     [- 4 lbs.]
Waist: 29 & 3/4      [- 1 & 3/4"]
Hips: 43"                [- 1"]
Thighs: 25 & 1/2"   [- 1"]
Arms: 12"               [ - 0]

Workouts this week:

Monday: Ran 4.5 miles and walked .5 on the treadmill.
Tuesday: Soccer training for 45 minutes
Wednesday: 20 min. "sexy legs" workout from Pinterest.
Saturday: Interval training: 5 min. "sexy legs", 5 min. running, 5 min. arms, 5 min running. Then repeat.

What we ate:

dry rub crock pot chicken (not cooked yet and on a bed of onions)

stuffed baked peaches
Peaches were stuffed with raisins, nuts, chopped apples, and cinnamon.

veggie meatballs (way tastier than they look)

banana slices, topped with a banana/almond butter/blueberry paste, and topped with a blueberry, then frozen. Kids loved this treat.

Eating healthy snacks at the pool on my last day of summer before I had to go back to work.

And we're back. In the classroom. Sporting my new glasses. (Did my IQ go up a few points?) This expression should be more enthusiastic, I know.
