In 2011, 

I plan on losing 21 lbs. this year through the REDBOOK Plan.
REDBOOK has a health and exercise section in every issue. I will test these plans and (fingers crossed) get real results! I discovered that most people poop out of their exercise regime after the first couple of days or a week later, but not I. I am focused, determined, and I could stand to lose some weight.
Beginning Weight (Jan. 2011) : 166
Ending Weight (Jan. 2012): 151
